Compliance with Government Guidelines
The safety and welfare of our colleagues and their families is of paramount importance to us. As such, we have followed, and will continue to follow, all government guidelines with particular reference to “Keeping your business open”.
Wherever possbile we have instigated working from home and where it is not possible we have put in place a strict social-distancing procedure within our factory and offices.
As a result, teams are being split on a 50/50 basis, working one week on site and one week staying at home with no loss of remuneration. Colleagues wishing to take holidays at this time for example to accomodate home schooling will be permitted to do so and we are garteful for the co-operation of all our colleagues as they adapt to these changes during these very challenging times.
Hygiene has always been a key aspect of our internal quality standards, in particular as we are registered as a Pharmaceutical product in many countries around the world. Although we will be running at reduced capacity we shall endeavour to maintain adequate supplies to our customers worldwide.
We will continue to monitor the situation carefully and will review all relevant policies and procedures accordingly as and when government advice is updated.
